We Will be thrilled to hear from talented like-minded individuals. Interested in joining our team?

Checkout brightive.net/careers and send us a CV and cover letter at car[email protected].

Those are the steps an applicant can expect to go through:

1. Initial application (send your CV and cover letter).

2. Phone interview.

3. Assessment Centre (group exercise, computer based tests)

4. Final Interview with management

5. Job Offer

1. Initial Application

The first part of the application process is to send us a CV and a cover letter, telling us your main motivation for applying and highlight any relevant qualifications you have. This is a chance for us to get to know you, explore your experience and education and assess whether you will be a good fit for the company.

2. Phone Interview

You will be invited to complete a short telephone interview, which will be scheduled at a time and location convenient to you. This stage of the selection process will cover your understanding of our business and services, and assess your core skills and competencies which are essential to success in the role. Should you be invited to compete the phone interview, you will be sent full details on what to expect and how to prepare prior to your interview.

3. Assessment Centre

If you are successful at the interview stage, you will then be invited to attend a half-day session in our Sofia office, where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a couple of computer-based tests and a final 1:1 interview.

4. Group Exercise

You will be put into groups and work as a team to prepare a proposal based on a client case study. This is a real team effort and you will be put under time pressure to assimilate a large amount of information, make quick decisions with conflicting information and come up with the best possible solutions for the client.

5. Computer-based tests

After the completion of the group exercise, you will be required to complete two computer-based tests. In the situational judgement test you’ll be presented with a variety of realistic situations that you may face in your role at Brightive, and you’ll need to choose from a range of responses to demonstrate what you feel would be the most effective solution. We’re interested in measuring a set of behaviours here, which are critical in order to succeed with us. Following this, you will be required to complete a Microsoft Excel Test, which will assess your knowledge on the programme.

6. Final 1:1 interview

This interview will be split into two parts. The first part will be for you to discuss your client proposal from the group exercise in more detail and provide the assessor with some insight into the rationale behind the decisions made. In the second part of the interview, you will be asked to discuss your interest in Brightive and demonstrate a strong understanding of both our business and the graduate role. You will also have an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and strengths that you can offer Brightive and discuss why you are the perfect fit for the graduate role. The session will conclude with an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have regarding training, projects and career opportunities.
