PRINCE2 and CAPM

Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) was initially developed by the UK government as a standard for managing information system projects, and is currently a certification programme adopted across many European countries, and recognized worldwide. The accreditation consists of four different levels of certification: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Professional and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is an accreditation offered by the Project Management Institute in the US as an entry-level certification for project practitioners. The CAPM ensures that candidates have a solid understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes required for the effective management of projects.

ITIL

ITIL (formally known as Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a standard of detailed practices for IT services management with the focus of matching the IT services with the specific needs of business. The certification scheme for ITIL has a modular approach and offers the following levels: Foundation, Practitioner and Manager.

CBAP

The Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a designation and professional certification for individuals practicing business analysis. CBAP has a modular approach and applicant must pass two core models (Business Analysis Practice and Requirements Engineering) and then select one of the knowledge-based modules and one of the practitioner modules.

PSM and PSPO

Scrum is an agile process framework for managing complex knowledge work, with an initial emphasis on software development. Scrum is facilitated by a scrum master, who is accountable for removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver the product goals and deliverables. There are three levels of Professional Scrum Master Assessments (foundation, intermediate and advanced).

The product owner, representing the product’s stakeholders and the voice of the customer, is responsible for delivering good business results. There are two levels to the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification.
