Working in the consulting industry for years, we have faced many obstacles caused by the traditional model of operation. The inflexibility, the wide range of the portfolios and lack of focus and specialised knowledge, the cursory expertise that never goes beyond the surface of the problem, the pre-packaged solutions to client’s problems and the disengagement were a small part of the problems we were facing. We wanted to deliver our services in a more comprehensive, client-tailored and in-depth manner.
